THE ROSS investment group has been investing for over 15 years through its previous holding companies. The company began as a small investment business before progressing into larger investments and listings on the UK AIM markets.
Following the purchase of a small telecoms company in 2002 and selling within 12 months the company started its own billing platform which was sold out within 24 months. During this period the company founded a telecoms exchange online which is now at the forefront of telecoms technology across the globe.
At that time the company had brought into it significant property experience of 25 years.
At this time the company was invested in commercial property and selling its portfolios to London buyers. It caused a change in the companies focus and took it into the residential market.
Since then it has sold over £450m of property in the UK and has a track record of significant prime property primarily in London.
