One of the principal strengths of the group and its partners is the ability to make deals happen. This is possible through the very unique skills that each member of the business has and its extensive contacts throughout the world.
When presented with a project several factors must be considered and this has to include the first appraisal to determine if the project is viable with our packaging or not. If this is within the parameters then the project will be broken into three sections and each section will go to the market contacts and return with a solution.
These solutions include finding a funder be it private or otherwise, pre selling the entire project residential, retail and commercial and finally bringing our partner of choice into the project for construction.
Each of these elements is micro managed until the project is ready to be signed and legals are completed.
