Ability to manage and deliver a major planning application

Ability to assemble a blue-chip professional team. Experience and success in negotiating appropriate affordable housing and Section 106 commitments
Knowledge of the local authority and wider London plan for mixed-use development

Progressive and flexible approach to delivery of a scheme of this size and stature

Knowledge and experience in applying the optimum use classes
Relationships with operators of specific use classes.
